Nice clean source of protein. Works well as a replacement for the regular plant protein powder which tasted quite synthetic actually. On the other hand Natrolina is practically tasteless and easily dissolves in a glass of water so no need for wasting time with a shaker. It has a neutral taste, making it easy to mix with anything—whether coffee or milk. I've also noticed an improvement in my skin, even though I haven't been getting much sleep lately. Since it's marine-sourced, I believe it's worth the price.
