Great company, great product
Really happy with the cartridges and the company, they were delivered the next day. Had no issues inserting the cartridges and great print results on the first print. Will buy them again with no hesitation.

Not compatible with printer
Have bought this printer ink before and it was great so purchased again. No idea what has happened this time. My printer is saying it's not compatible now but the label is exactly the same as my last purchase and fits perfectly in my printer. I've looked at everything that could be wrong with my printer and finally after looking at the old cartridges it seems the chips are different...so I'm off to buy new printer ink somewhere else tomorrow...that's an expensive lesson learned. So disappointed.

Compatible and work well
They work in an HP Envy 6000 printer and produce excellent print quality, But I just installed my second set and although the first set lasted nearly a year and lots of colored prints, this set has printed 10 pages and now the colour cartridge is showing low ink despite the fact that there seems to be a lot of ink in it. Update: The vendor saw my comments and resolved the issue I had with low ink levels. Excellent customer service and a great compatible cartridge. The results are every bit as good as HP cartridges.
