We used these face paint sticks for a Halloween event and they worked really well. The colors showed up bright and went on smoothly, kind of like a thicker crayon. They were easy to control so my kids could do some of the designs themselves. They held up pretty well through a whole night of running around. The paint did smudge a little if someone rubbed their face, but nothing too bad. It stayed on through sweat, which was nice, and washed off easily with regular soap and water. Overall, simple to use, good color, and great for quick costumes or sports games.

So when I bought this product, the first day I took it to the field to put it on my child and the rest of the team, I pulled the lid off and the paint stick came out and fell into the dirt. We couldn’t use it. I was disappointed and I left a poor review of the product. I understand things happen, but the company responded IMMEDIATELY and sent a refund right away to make it right. I never asked for that. I didn’t pursue it or expect anything. But they took it upon themselves to send a refund and communicate very clearly. This is a company I want to continue to do future business with. This says alot about them and the fact they stand behind their product and was customer satisfaction. I told them I would be happy with just a replacement and I didn’t need a refund, but they sent a refund right away to correct the situation and now it’s my choice and I will, purchase another one from them. I have several other colors the same brand and no issues. Great products and they last. So give these folks a try and do business with them.

My honest review is these sticks were great for the 4th of July and for my daughter to write in her legs. The consistency was like a lipstick. My only complaint is that when my white dogs brushed the girls legs he also became red, white and blue, which isn’t a bad thing because then he was also festive… but they did stain my carpet.

I bought this for a cosplay in which I needed to draw symbols on my arms and face - it was the perfect size for the symbols and was easy to hold/apply. Size wise this is little a lipstick, and it goes on VERY well. Smooth lines, great color. I didn't need to fix any of the shapes or lines, they were sharp and easy to see. I did do a second "coat" as it were to make the white even brighter. I had this on for about 2-3 hours and it didn't fade. Do be aware, however, that even with water/soap I could still see the places I applied this under fluorescent lighting for about 3 days afterwards, lol. It was fine as it was very subtle, but just as a note!

This worked well to paint my daughter's face like Elphaba for trick or treating. It was the exact deep green we wanted, and I was pleasantly surprised that a little stick lasted much longer than I thought it would. Used it twice and still have some left! It stayed on well, and came off with makeup remover wipes. Use those instead of baby wipes. They work better. Lesson learned here!

Giving it a 3 star, the color was great, it went on smoothly. But when using it before the softball tournament the eye black broke in half inside the tube.

Going to use it on my face for Halloween I am going as the mummy.

Horrific, splotchy, greasy coverage. Not sure how they accomplished making a product that is both incredibly difficult to remove and, simultaneously, will not stay on long enough to even finish applying it without needing touchups. Skin and eye irritant. I am so grateful this was meant for my costume and not my kids, but it still made us all late for trick or treating as I had to fully apply it twice: once after I put on the rest of my costume, then when I saw how bad it looked and how easily it rubbed off if my hair or anything else touched my face, I decided I’d just wash it off and not dress this year. That’s when I discovered that it won’t wash off near my hairline or brows, and left a pale, splotchy green film elsewhere. Honestly I’m not sure this is makeup at all…it’s just an oil pastel crayon.
