My new favorite hot sauce!
Just tried Underwood Farms Sriracha with my wife. Not going to lie, we were impressed by its flavor. Decent amount of heat, but does not burn your mouth the more you use, unlike current Huy Fong foods sriracha does. Color is a vibrant red, flavor is a little sweet, a little vinegar with a hint of garlic and pleasant amount of spice. Definitely glad we tried it. 10/10 will most likely buy again.

The only "original" Sriracha
Absolutely fabulous! The heat is higher than the "brand name" so beware. The flavor is exquisite, the fresh Jalapeno flavor makes this the best in class. Made from the original Sriracha sauce recipe. Strongly recommend researching WHY this is the only original recipe on the market.

11 out of 10. Better than the rooster brand ever was.
Instead of going into the sad story that caused Underwood farms a lot of financial stress because someoneโs a greedy idiotic sister-in-law Letโs talk about the absolute amazing flavour just the right spice beautiful colour can taste the freshness and love and every bottle, this is how a beloved brand used to taste, but never will again This is definitely the reigning champion for Sriracha I stocked up and bought as many bottles as I could afford you should do the same Look at the colour of the page the one on the left is fresh peppers grown in California on the right is dried imported trash

Addictive and goes well on everything
Spice level: 5 out of 10 for a hot sauce lover, probably quite spicy for someone who doesn't usually use hot sauce, but will be tolerable Flavor: Umami, sour, delicious Texture: Perfect thickness, not watery, just right Goes well with: Everything, not just Asian dishes Cons: A couple of preservatives that aren't ideal but not super toxic, and the price is a bit high for a hot sauce, I'd expect the cost if the bottle was glass and not plastic. I discovered this hot sauce at an Asian market far from where I live and couldn't get enough. I was delighted to find it here on Amazon. I'm a hot sauce lover with a cabinet full of all kinds of hot sauces. With all my choices, I find myself putting this one on just about everything. I usually use Sriracha on just Asian food, but this particular one is diverse enough in flavor to where it goes well on everything from Mexican food, pizza, soup, etc. I'm going to give myself and ulcer with this stuff, but it's worth it.

Underwood Ranches Dragon Sriracha Sauce vs Huy Fong Rooster Sriracha Sauce
Great Sriracha Sauce from Underwood Ranches who use to supply Huy Fong "Rooster" Sriracha Sauce with fresh peppers that they have been growing for about 30 years now. Huy Fong and Underwood Ranches had a falling out. Huy Fong started using dried peppers in their formula. Next step, Underwood Ranches starts making their own Sriracha Sauce after the breakup. There is a good story on YouTube about the history between these two companies. End result, Underwood Ranches Dragon Sriracha Sauce has the better flavor and better product using fresh peppers. Compare for yourself.

Sriracha sauce
The design makes it unique from the other bottles. I love the flavor not as spicy as I expected it to be. Has good amount of heat. Could just be my taste buds but in my opinion gives a good amount of kick.

Underwood Ranches: The Sriracha Heir Apparent Emerges from the Ashes
I wonder if History books will mention the Great Sriracha Shortage. You remember that? I sure do as if it was yesterday. During the shortage, while other brands shuffled their feet and offered watery, anemic substitutes, Underwood Ranches, Huy Fong's former chili supplier, stepped onto the scene like a conquering chili pepper. Launched in 2019, Underwood Ranches Premium Sriracha wasn't just another pretender to the throne; it was the king's exiled son returning, ready to reclaim his birthright. This sriracha ain't messing around. It's smooth, glides onto your tongue like silk, and then punches you in the face with heat like a rogue jalapeno. The flavor dance is complex, a kaleidoscope of chili, tangy vinegar, and a hint of sweetness that almost makes you forget the firestorm in your mouth (almost). Now, let's address the elephant in the sriracha room: the garlic. Yeah, it's not as garlicky as its famous rival. But is that necessarily a bad thing? Think of it this way: Underwood focuses on letting the true chili flavor shine. It's like finally hearing the lead singer in a band for the first time after years of drowned-out vocals. Compared to the competition? Underwood leaves them in the dust. I tried them all, folks: Fix, Tabasco, Kikkoman, even that squirrel brand (don't ask). They were pale imitations, sad echoes of the original. Underwood Ranches, on the other hand, is a full-blown sriracha symphony, playing on every taste bud like a virtuoso. The only real gripe? The price. $22 for two bottles is hard to swallow compared to Huy Fong's bargain basement bucks. But here's the thing: Huy Fong's current batch is a sad shadow of its former self. I returned mine faster than you can say "chili apocalypse." Underwood Ranches, despite the price tag, delivers quality ingredients and flavor that justifies every penny. So, is Underwood Ranches the dethroner of Huy Fong? Maybe not yet. But it's certainly the heir apparent, the prince of sriracha waiting in the wings. If you're tired of pretenders and want the true sriracha experience, look no further. I highly recommend Underwood Ranches, and it might just become your new favorite fiery friend. P.S. Please, Underwood, let's work on that garlic thing. Just a touch, okay? Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars (minus 0.5 for the garlic whisper)

The original tasting Sriracha in excellent form!
This is there original Sriracha recipe that Huy Fong stopped using. If you loved Sriracha back when it first came out but then no longer liked it after the recipe changed and the color turned that ugly orange-ish color, then this is what you want! This is the original supplier of red jalapeรฑo peppers to Huy Fong who now makes their own sauce. It goes from fresh picked to sauce in 6 hours. The flavor is simply amazing! Spicey but not too much with wonderful garlic and other spices as well. I obtained my informative from research and from YouTube videos and other historical articles on the Huy Fong Foods Sriracha story. After learning what I did from said research, I ordered this and was not disappointed. I can now enjoy my favorite spicey sauce again!
