Does the job
Bought to replace a really old version if this that was leaking and the water ran into electrics as was in the wrong place. Good to see the lead into it has moved so this will not happen again. Works perfect

Unreliable pump
Not impressed with this pump at all. Installed in a new build 3 years as a hot water circulation pump. I have two hot water circuits in the house due to its size and the number of occupants. The circuit my pump was install was only used in frequently when we had visitors. I would estimate that over the 3 years the pump was only running for 60 hours. Now it has failed. Not a very reliable pump for £200!
