Very disappointing
From the pictures of the chair on Amazon’s website it gave the impression that the footrest is independent of the reclining back, This is not the case, the footrest only works if the chair is reclined. I bought the chair thinking it would be ideal for a corner chair with a footrest, how wrong I was. I have to say that the chair itself is very comfortable but it would be better with the footrest as shown in the illustration.
