Some people do get excited over paper!!
As a left-handed fountain pen writer, this paper is pretty close to perfection. It's smooth and doesn't bleed through. And, as a side-note, I love that the cover bends to wrap around the pad of paper. It's those little things that make life a wee bit simpler, and are appreciated!

Smooth, durable, and satisfying
From journaling with fountain pens, to pencil sketching and erasing. This paper handles whatever work. Of all the paper I’ve used, this is the most readily available of high quality paper products. My go to notebook/notepad.

Beautiful high quality stuff.
Fantastic. Ink doesn’t bleed. At first I thought the paper was too soft and slippery but when I wrote the first letter on it with my lovely new Finetec Arabic gold ink and yoke pen it flowed beautifully! The perfect thing for calligraphy!

Better than Rhodia 80gsm- you will know where that extra money went
The Rhodia "R" Premium notepad contains 70 sheets of 90 gsm (g/m²) paper made by Clairefontaine, a French company founded in the 1850s. Most of the Rhodia paper you find is 80 gsm and doesn't hold up quite as well for certain use cases. Both in hand you can easily tell the difference.Rhodia Premium is definitely nicer than your average notebook or printer paper. Writing with a fountain pen, this 90gsm Rhodia has less feathering and bleed-through (only pin pricks with a wetter ink and nib) than 80gsm but absorbs ink and dries significantly slower. Surprisingly, it even seems to fare better than Triomphe- which is also 90gsm paper made by Clairefontaine. The pages are perforated and easy to tear out. Paper and cover are held together with three hearty staples, so you can throw it around and not worry about glue breaking apart and chunks of pages tumbling out. I went with blank paper, but Rhodia makes other styles including "dot"- which is quite interesting. If you're looking for something better than a cheap spiral notebook with lousy paper, Rhodia is a fine choice.

Buen producto.

Beautiful cream paper
Rhodia paper is beautiful paper. Unfortunately I didn’t realise when I ordered it that it is cream not white, but that is my own fault! Will definitely use it however, but just be aware that it is not white. It’s perfect for my brush lettering, calligraphy etc.
