I like that this iron came with a lot of extras such as the heat resistant storage pouch that doubles as a Mat to set your iron down on so you don't burn your counter top. It also has some really strong Clips to part your hair and a paddle brush. I haven't quite mastered using the round brush to curl my hair but when I flat iron my hair it helps me get traction to pull it straight. It also has cool tips on the end of the iron you can hold to twirl it so you don't need a protecting glove. Good value for the money

I definitely did not like this flat iron... It pulls my hair and is really heavy. I tried it on my daughter's hair, also with the same result.

This is an amazing tool! Easy to operate and gentle on your hair. It gave me really nice curls that look way more natural than a curling iron. I also liked the straightener to give me a sleek look. Great product for me.

The jury is still out. It took about a week to get to me. I tried it for the first time this morning and I haven't decided yet if I like it or not. It's big and clunky and heavy - so I have to get used to that. It takes almost a full minute to heat up. It only has 3 temperatures to choose from and 450 is the lowest setting, nothing in between. It straightened my hair just fine, but I couldn't get it to curl with the brush. I'm going to keep trying it and, if I change my mind, I'll come back and change my rating.

I love this!! I bought this as a spare to keep at my boyfriend's apartment and ended up keeping it and taking my (much more expensive) Calista styler instead. Would highly recommend this.

this is what I was looking for already for a while. You can close it and make it a heated brush or open it and use it as a flat iron. The case with all the additional is a big plus. I was going on a trip the day I received it, so I only had time to put it in my suitcase. Later during my trip I discovered in that case was everything you need!! what a nice surprise!! Thumbs up!!

I really like this product!!! It came with 3 hair clips, cleaning tool and a carry case. When I do my hair with the curling iron, it curls nice and my hair doesn't get stuck in the iron. Highly recommend this product. I haven't used the straightener, so I can't comment on that part.

I hate it. It’s very awkward to use and the little button that keeps it closed doesn’t work well... my fingers accidentally kept pressing it because of the placement. I tried really hard to re-gift it to my cousin, but she didn’t fall for it! I donated it the very next day after receiving it.
