Very powerful motor, low sound , good suction power and hope last long like my previous water pump which is also Crompton and it's also in warking condition. My previous pump is about 20 years still in good condition but now it's performance is little bit slow so i have bought this one. I suggest every one to buy crompton pump, best quality....

Nice but i just wanted that please arrange someone to properly guide of installation or send someone for these even charger for that we don’t have any issue for that noise level is fine not that loud but decent sound yes it is ease of use and build quality is still better size is good fine i like overall it’s best the purchase amount is 3699 INR AND 5% off on amazon credit card .

Sadly, This is to inform you about your bad and defective product and services. I am a regular prime customer of AMAZON. I had ordered the following product - Product name: -Crompton ULTIMO I | 1 HP | Residential Water Pump | Self Priming Regenerative | Single Phase |ADDS (Drip Proof Adapter) | Anti-Jam Winding Technology| 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. I have submitted it to the service centre and not getting any further process regarding my complain. I request you to kindly provide new product within one day or refund the amount. Due to rainy season i had ordered this pump on emergency requirement and i am suffering a lot as i am unable to pump water from my basement. i cannot wait for more than one day for replacement. Kindly adhere to the same. We have ordered a 1hp water pump of the Crompton Ultimo brand which we received on September 3rd. When we opened the motor to install it, it didn't work. After a long wait trying to complain on Amazon, we got connected to the technical department after 25 minutes of waiting, and then we were told to call the service center because they couldn't do a replacement or refund here. When I called the service center, a technician Mr. Kafil came on September 4th, checked the motor, and informed us that it was defective and had a technical issue, and they should replace it. I was told to send someone to the service center, and they would take this motor and give us a new one immediately. When our person went there, they said the motor was not available and that it wouldn't be available for quite some time. After talking multiple times, they said to check again the next day, and if it had arrived, we could take it. I asked them to issue a DIY letter indicating that the motor was defective, as I was told on Amazon.The service center people have refused to give a letter, saying that they cannot provide such a letter. Our concern is only that the new motor did not work after opening. If the service center is also denying replacement, then please refund our amount or provide a new motor. It has been 2 days and there has been no response from the service center so far. I have made 100 calls since this morning but received no answer. Please help.

Water pump is installed with the help of local technician and working fine. No technician contacted us hence I requested a refund for the installation amount of Rs. 835/-.

It has been three-four months since I bought this pump and I am still using it. The biggest problem in this is that I have a hand pump at my house, I live in a village and this one does not draw water that well. For the same price, I bought another motor, I bought a local motor and this one draws more water This motor pump will be suitable for those who have large buildings in their house and want to shift water from one building to another. I would not recommend it for use with a hand pump as water will not come out so well.
