I got a letter M and it didn't work at all. I asked the seller for a refund and I was sent a replacement, that's fine but after I put new batteries in, it wouldn't light up. I took a closer look at it and realized that one battery does not touch one of those plates. So after inserting some aluminum foil between a battery and that plate, it lights up.Also the first item I got was very poorly made, the back plate covering lights is not secured in place, falls out and just feels very flimsy.

Looks really good. But when you put batteries inside the “J” it won’t stand so very disappointing.

Great little product in fact ordering another few letter from them . They look great and fun key in my daughters room , she is very happy with it so that makes me happy

Very cheap looking product and the light didn’t work after two days despite changing the battery

I ordered the letters J and K for both my kids. Really pleased with ‘K’. However, once you insert the batteries in letterJ it won’t stand up due to the weight of the batteries making it fall over.

It's ok.

Bought two of these however once I put the batteries in, the off button would not work therefore no way to turn them without taking the batteries out. Waste of money.
