Fob that comes with is of very good quality. Takes seconds to program. Helpful hint is when programming, all FOBs have to be programed at the same time. Even the old ones.

Remote works exactly as advertised. Set up in about 5 minutes. Only suggestion is have any original remotes with you as they all have to be re added at time of programming.

This device did not work with a 2020 Tahoe which comes with a push start button. I did try to turn it on without starting; however, it just made a bunch of chirping noises. I was hopeful that this would keep me from having to take my car in to the dealer! It may work with cars with a physical key though.

You don’t need the original fob to install this I have the 2016 canyon work truck when I got it didn’t have a fob because the work truck didn’t come with one installed this and worked well
