Could this be attched to a wheelchair?

We have never tested this on a wheelchair, but if you have somewhere that the hooks and strap can attach to you may be able to make it work!

How does it fit on a Firmstrong 26" Bruiser ?

I use it for my bianchi Milan 8 speed working good for maintenance at work holding up well carry small tools fits well even can remove very easy it been 5 years the material is wearing out but as far as the basket working good

The velcro strap seems way too long to be useful and there are no instructions provided. Could you please explain how the velcro strap is to be used?
