Unit reset when our power went out. Cant find our login information to the CMS web portal.
Does anyone recall what the website is to log into the CMS and change up settings? We cant find it in our notes and need to make some changes. Thanks, Great Product!

Work as described. I bought several of these media players, and I am using the usb thumb drive feature and they have been running 24/7 for the past 7 days non-stop. Good so far!

I have bought 2 of these devices, so far no big issues, they need to keep improving the CMS but so far no issues, the most important thing is that you do not need to subscribe to anything.

Won’t upload files now, no customs support
I had this for a few months and it’s been working as described. Starting today I’m not able to upload any files. I’ve tried different ones, all the supported file formats, used all the options to upload a file/url. It’s just stuck and won’t upload, is there anyone I can contact about this?

Works as discribed
Bought this after I bought a smiler unit that advertised as a free to use system, although it was free to use if you wanted to use advanced features you had to subscribe, sent it back and this unit has worked well for us, only thing I wish is that the memory was 16 or 32 instead of 8. UPDATE 5/21/24 needing customer support and can't find help anywhere. went to 3 star from 5 star if no support is found soon it will be a 1 star, bummer.

Great value for price
Excellent, the online interface works very well as well and Customer service is quick to respond. I had to make my menus into video files, I couldn't get the images to work, but maybe it was something on my part. Even without it, this is an Excellent item for the price! I can adjust my menus from anywhere in the world with the click of a button.
