Nice camp spice rack. The case feels like real rawhide. The bottles rigid plastic with 4 cork lids and 4 metal screw lids. Currently don't have grindable pepper or salt to try the 2 grinders, but can't wait to try. The kit was small enough that it was delivered to my apartment mailbox even with the shipping material. Can carry more than the basic 4 seasonings now, which is good because I found some really good Cajun spicy seasoning that I have to try out there. Make sure to place the bottles around the bungee to prevent them from falling out of their sheath holder when the kit is open. There are plastic seal in the screw bottles. Overall a great addition to my camp/backpacking cookware.

This is very useful, especially for camping trips. I love the salt and pepper grinders particularly. It would have been nice to have a set of labels for the bottles and jars though

I think the 4.2 rating here is fair. I would say that if the thumb grinders work for a long time, this is well worth money spent. Concerns about snapping the case shut are valid you should definitely be careful to not break the glass containers that are indirect contact. The spray bottle is plastic and cheap. The canvas bag I got was well stitched, but I could see getting one that would have concerns. The caring strap is obviously not leather, but let’s be honest. We’re not carrying this like a briefcase. The glass containers do seem rather fragile, but knowing that you should take appropriate care. All in all if you want to take your spices and oils with you on a camping trip, this would work just fine. But I would have paid $24 just for the two thumb grinders alone.

I love the compact size. It’s got just the right amount of glass bottles to accommodate the salt and pepper, as well as the herbs and spices I typically take with me on any trips. (Spices I tend to take: Montreal steak seasoning, jalapeño salt, cumin, chili flakes, and whatever else I need!) The bag that houses all the containers is a strong durable one that I think will last a long time. Great value for your money! Compact, functional, win win

Okay, this is incredibly cute and nice to have for camping or traveling (I've used it for both.) It comes with two travel size salt and pepper grinders, which was what sold me on this, but unfortunately one of them got rusty like, immediately, and was grinding rust into my salt. Luckily there's a window so I could see that it was happening and could throw it away. But kind of a bummer not to be able to use that piece.

Works well the corks are a little short in the oil bottle is plastic. That’s the only letdown.

Buy at your own risk!! Several of the glass spice tubes arrived shattered. Not knowing they were broken I opened the package only to have tiny shards of glass fall out onto my floor. Even worse returns are not allowed on this item. I basically paid to have a continuing risk of my family getting glass splinters in their feet from tiny fragments that I may have missed while cleaning up from the damaged delivery.

Excellent idea. Good engineering. Worth it.

Great for the price, the grinder is a great luxury addition to a camping getaway

Arrived all in one piece! Which I was very thankful for because after I purchased this a lot of reviews stated improper packaging and most items being broken. This was not my experience and I am very grateful. The product itself is exactly as expected. Good quality. I am taking it on a plane with me so I may tape down the lids just to ensure nothing breaks open but all in all, would purchase again.

Excellent little kit. Will hold all the wet and dry spices you need for your remote cookouts. The grinders are very well built and they work amazingly well. The only con that I can come up with, is that the walls of the glass bottles are a bit thin for being packed and jostled around. So either pad around the kit or get thicker walled bottles.
