Will these work with my Husky utility knife? Going by the picture, the two indentations at the top of the blade are a little deeper than on mine.

No, doesn't fil my Husky utility knife neither. Same discrepancy, indentations a little deeper, and blade compartment does not close.

Does it have a compartment for used blades?

No... I checked to see if the dispenser had a slot on the reverse side and it didn't. I had to diy and fashion my own holder for my old blades that went dull out of old paint can caps. I cut the one side of a cap and the blade fits perfectly inside of the uncut side. Push them together and it makes for a usable substitute for the old but still usable blades
