I genuinely liked this product! The Frido Max Comfort Arch Cushion Insole fits perfectly in my shoes and provides amazing comfort and arch support. Arch support
As the name says "max comfort", these insoles are great, does the job very well, I have ankle ligament injuries in both the right & the left ankle & because of these max comfort arch support insoles I don't need ankle binders, it gives you proper arch support but there is one thing that you need to keep in mind is that you need one size bigger shoes, for example if generally wear size 8 shoes, you need size 9 shoes for better comfort.

Supportive for casual wear.
Good enough, supportive for regular shoes. I did not buy this for any specific pain relief but rather to extend the life of my sport shoes. So I cannot comment on its effectiveness for pain relief.It fails quite a bit as support for sports shoes used for active sports. Felt supportive initially but is wearing in within 10 hours of use. So I am not particularly thrilled. The variant with gel from the same brand is performing much better though it is too soon to comment on the longevity of the product.You may not notice any of the above if you use in your sports shoes as casual wear.

Dont buy it: Injurious to health and body
Fakk this third class insole. I got plantar fasciitis wearing this. Unscientific and does not fit for all shoes. Irregulari sizes. Dont buy.
