Don’t waste your money!
There are NO clear instructions on how to use this machine. There is also no way to contact the manufacturer. I have been unable to find any manuals or how to videos so this will be returned. Pay attention to the other reviews and you will notice they are reviews on the heat tape NOT the machine!!!! Beware

Great
I would give 5 stars, but the directions are a little hit and miss. The pamphlet is full of info but doesn’t tell you to hit start to begin heating, or to begin count down. I love it though. Works as it should!

I hate this!!!!!
I'm sending it back. It stinks! I am VERY good at figuring out how things work and this thing is horrible! The vacuum mug canisters don't fit inside the machine. They couldn't possibly work. The top won't even close if you put the things in empty.SO disappointing!!!!!

Where can you get accessories?
UPDATE now the sleeve popped and nowhere a replacement to be found I do like the machine however I need some extra accessories and don’t know how to go about it.
