Excellent landline phones. Sound quality is average but one gets used to it. Three tips that I would like to pass on. 1. "Out of the box" the phones "chirp" when being used. For example if you are phoning the last person on the phone directory you (or anyone near you) will endure 50 chirps. For piece of mind mute these chirps. 2. As a selling point it is stated that when the phone is on its stand, picking up the phone will allow immediate connection. The problem with this is is soon as you pick up the phone you do not know who is ringing. Again change the default to ensure that you have to press the answer button once the phone is picked up. 3. The phone directory holds 50 numbers. These are stored in alphabetical order. This causes problems if you main contact is, say, called Zac. My solution is to determine your major users and give them a number before their name. Start with 01. Thus if your major contact is called Mary assign the name as 01 Mary. Thus Mary will be first on the directory list. The instructions that come with the phones are not comprehensive and do not explain how to change defaults. Read the online instructions which are also on the Amazon site from where the phones were purchased as these are more comprehensive.

Bought as a replacement and went for the cheaper handsets when in a sale. Not disappointed as they were easy to set up and worked well straight out of the box. They have good reception and lots of features which we didn’t really need. They seem well made and pretty robust. The noise levels are fine despite some reviews however the noise on returning the phone to the cradle is very low so you’re not sure sometimes that it’s seated correctly?

* Physical This telephone is a cheap replacement for the same type of device that began failing. But it, made by Panasonic, and this model lasted over 2 decades of use. This current device is lightweight and works well. The clarity of this device is a bit muffled, but ok. Using the easy settings, I set the handset volume to maximum and increased the ringtone volume as well. The price is the major selling point for its type of telephone. It can be held and walked around the house. It maintains its charge when connected to the base station, and the battery holds it when walking around. It's easy to set up. There are just two cables to connect. And you at first leave it to charge up and not use it for 16 hours. There are function buttons for call blocking. I use a free app on my account to do this.

Ok, it does the job. But not particularly user-friendly and a VERY quiet ring tone even on the loudest setting

Unable to find complaints so having to post here for others to see. No issues with phone but although I've stated the phone was being delivered to 93 year old infirm lady and asked that driver give her time to answer the door, the driver did not use door bell and left the phone on the door step. It then snowed and package was soaked. Great phone, terrible service from Amazon.

They are easy to set up and are fine

I bought this for a quick buy as my phone broke, read the review first, personally I don’t think it’s all that great, but you get what you pay for, it works I kept it. Don’t use it that much to be bothered

Absolute rubbish. Sound quality is poor. The BT logo on the screen stops you reading and of the settings. Too late to return it. Dont waste your money
