The media could not be loaded. You gave spoon which was inside. After few days i got it under the powder. You have not mentioned that it is under powder. And why under powder, you can give it sepa it'srately. As I didn't get the spoon first so I took so much of it unknowingly. It is very sad. You should take care of these things.And now I am finding problem about the correct dosage. Mind it, I have not bought it free of cost.
