Usual good DeWalt quality, and the small size (chuck to back) and light weight is incredibly useful in tight spaces. Plenty of power for large holes in wood or bricks, too. 4Ah or 5Ah XR battery makes this an excellent drill. 2.5Ah is too small for anything except occasional light use.

Does what it says on the tin, unable to say anything about the reliability of the product as I’ve only just bought it.

The packaging on this item was a plastic bag ans a single layer of bubble wrap. The belt clip was damaged but I don't use it anyway. The delivery was poor and it was left on my front door visible from the street and because of the packaging it was easy to know what was inside. Fortunately the rest of the drill is undamaged and works well.

Quick delivery and a nicely made piece of kit. Easy to use and a good level of torque
