this was perfect for my Eahora Juliete 1st edition motor repair and very easy to replace about a 1-hour job 1st time, and it quieted my motor noise completely

Had 88 mm clutch, 36 tooth nylon gears (14 mm thick, 48 mm dia.), 15mm center hole on clutch. Fit my Bafang BFSWX02 400 motor on my 2017 Juiced Crosscurrent S (which is sold as a 650 watt bike), with rear wheel hub drive. Assume also fits 500 and 750 watt motors.Relatively easy to install, gear puller not needed to slide clutch assy off motor shaft. Smooth operation on first test ride.

These gears are designed to wear and eventually break. But in doing so, they save the ring gear inside the e-bike motor. I think they are good quality, and they are not impossible to change out.

My e-bike would make noise only sometimes. I think one of the bearings for the gears was getting lose. But didn't see any damage to the teeth. So I bought this and a 4inch gear puller to get it off. Now my bike runs great! The only thing i would want is the grease to be included. If you replace this part you must replace the grease too. Add grease would be a good option to add. I got mobil 28 grease and it works great. I bought the gun repair size cuz I didn't need a full tube of it.. just a few dabs..
