Omega46001 Shaving Soap in Bowl- 2 Pack

This is a fine shaving soap. It goes on easily with a brush (or your fingers, if you're in a hurry), lubricates the skin effectively for the razor, and washes off cleanly and easily with a damp cloth. When applying the soap with a brush, the bowl-shaped jar is very efficient; after a dozen shaves, the soap level seems no lower than after the first one. The scent is a mild and pleasant eucalyptus, same as many other Omega products. It is not overly strong and doesn't linger, or leave you smelling like a perfume shop all day.

The Omega Shaving Soap is supplied in a plastic bowl with a push on lid. The soap is really cream like and contains cooling menthol. It lathers nicely and the plastic bowl makes it a nice safe addition in the tile bathroom. The lid keeps is easy to push on and remove which is handy in the shower where I shave. It seems a step above the Wilson bar shaving soap I had been using.

Good lathering soap, scent is pleasant, works great with the double edge Astra superior Platinum razor.

Leaves my face feeling cool and clean. I usually apply another coat after I have finished shaving, and just let it set for a few minutes. The combination of eucalyptus and menthol is excellent. Considering that this soap lasts for at least 3 months, it is relatively inexpensive.

In over 50 years I have never had a smoother, more comfortable or soothing shave. This the best of the best. Try it for a week and you'll see. And it lasts a long time, so, very economical.
