Heavy, vibration level is good, heat’s not too hot, not soft. It is functional easy to use

Love it, so far so good. Gets super hot on settings 2&3. Got to be careful not to burn your skin because it actually does get really hot. Vibration is super loud on all 3 settings. I will use that if absolutely necessary, but overall great for women like me with really really bad cramps.
