I ride this bike about a mile a day to and from work. I have put about 15 miles on it so far. Had a problem with the lcd display but messaged customer service and they took care of it fast and was very pleasant to work with. Waiting for a decent day here in washington state so I can give it a real test on the logging roads. So far I would highly recommend this bike it rides good stops good and seems to have great power. I am a 220 pound wind break and have had this up to 34 mph so far so like my tittle says this thing rocks!!!!!!!

I recieved a Very damaged bike with broken and issing parts. the box was heavily damaged and re-taped. It was delivered by Fedx. Now I did not contract with fedx, E-BYCCO did. Now they will Not make this right. Much to long a story to post here but I have tried 4-5 times now with E-BYCCO to resolve this. There solution is to send me the damaged/missing parts and for Me to fix the bike. I have told them several times that I can not do this because of recent Major spinal surgery. Then they offered me $100.00 to pay a bike repair shop. Well, I would have to load this bike in my truck drive 22 miles one way to a bike shop and I can not lift over 15 lbs. Also the repair shop told me a normal charge for E-Bikes is $150-250.00 with some cases being $600.00 or more. Niether E-BYCCO or Amazon will make this nightmare right even though they Both promise to do so. I have now ask for a full refund from both 4 different times now and we keep going round & round and not resolving anything. This was an unuseful bike due to shipping mishandling and Not My fault. I paid a Lot of $ for a Whole undamaged bike and got just the opposite. Now neither co will fix this problem. All I want now is a refund but I do not get it. I believe neither E-BYCCO or Amazon has Honor or Integerity. I f the did, they would make a repeat customer happy. I would give less than 1 star but can not. Now, this is my 2nd edit to this Honest review brcause Amazon keeps refusing to all my review After they ask for my review-Go Figure. Sounds like they do Not want Honest reviews just sugar coated ones. Amazon and E-BYCCO Step-Up, do the Right thing and Not leave a repeat customer with a Very expensive product that I can not use. Received three weeks ago peddle assist sensor stop working,current display not working some parts of bike poorly constructed requested a refund still haven't gotten a answer after several emailsPart 2 My final review, overall this is a satisfactory Dual Motor E bike Hopefully in the new version they do some upgrades to the bike to make it a Better product, such as a better rear gear shift and a better crank sprocket to eliminate ghost pedaling I also changed the rear shock after these modifications the ebike is greatly improved on its performance I added some pics to see the mods hope this Helps. .P.S. also waiting on a new controller to complete my upgrades

We set up the bike on Christmas Day. It was great except the front head lamp light didn’t work. The thought of taking down and returning the bike seemed like a waste of several hours of our time & energy. We attempted to contact the seller (Amazon suggested) to get a new part. No response. So we have a great bike without a light. And a company with very poor communication skills.We just want a new head lamp!!!

I bought mine in July of 23, 8 months ago. Put about 500 miles in the Odometer. And show far everything is working great. A few issues with the display could be better. For instance display doesn't indicate if headlamp is on or off (I like to run headlamp during the day to make myself more visible) also you can turn off front motor with a button on the handlebars, however it doesn't tell you if running or not on display. Can only tell both motors are on by slightly higher top speed and somewhat quicker acceleration and torque going uphill. Other than that am completely satisfied so far. By the way it's gone more than 22mi on a single charge and still had power left. Would recommend.
