Great for getting up out of chair

Bought this as an aid for getting up for my disabled partner. When it works it's very good. But we find it keeps popping out of the grooves which means it doesn't raise up. We've altered it for all different weights and it's still the same. We kept it as it may come in handy but wouldn't recommend it to be reliable for someone who lives alone

Really excellent. Would be lost without one (I have SIX in total in various locations ) Only moan. Its a bit heavy for me to carry around hence I bought a few !

Though a little heavy to make it easily transportable, it is comfortable and easy to set up. It really does help to lift my dad off the chair and reduce the strain off his asssistant, my mom.

This works perfectly. My 85 year old grandma was getting stuck/using 4 pillows on our outside furniture when sitting outside. It would take her 10 trail runs before she would be able to stand. This product has given her the ability to get from sitting position to standing in one go. Much easier on her hip and legs. Setting it up was slightly confusing at first but once we figured out how to set the weight level it worked amazing. Would definitely buy again if needed but the product seems sturdy enough to last the rest of her use of it.

Difficult to put together, works well with uplift but uncomfortable.
