No packaging - not as described
this was bought as a Christmas gift. the citrus selection came as described in a plastic wallet with a label. this set came bundled up in a tatty plastic bag unsuitable to give as a gift. The description and photograph are completely inaccurate, and it's too late for me to return the product in time for Christmas. this shouldn't happen.

Already used pens.
I love Posca pens and have many but when I buy something I expect it to be new. The paint had already been activated into the nibs and there was no shrink wrap on the pens. These are obviously returns from someone else, considering the price and also that it was fulfilled by Posca themselves I'm really not impressed. (I also notice that someone else on a different set of pens had the exact same issue.)
