Great addition for any stretching excercises! Best $10 I've spent in a while
I have my fair share of ailments, injuries, aches and pains from various things in life, so over time, and with a lot of physical therapy and trial & error, I built myself a little kit. I have back wheels, lumbar cushions, trigger/muscle insertion point S-hooks, and a bunch more besides. I also have yoga straps, which do help a lot to get those deeeeep stretches out of tight quads and hamstrings. But with the length of them, I wasn't able to loosen up tight hips (sacroiliac injury). The highest pressure & tension with a regular yoga strap is going to be on either end of the strap itself— your foot, and then hands, elbows, shoulders, or however you're looping the fabric to manipulate the other end & pull into the stretch. It's like a pendulum. You hold one end to control & navigate the other. That also meant I'd gotten into the habit of leaning my torso back when I worked on my legs so I could control the excess material on the strap better & focus on positioning so my foot didn't slide out of the loop. And that's perfectly fine for some stretches! But it was not unlocking the hip. These ankle loops did the trick in one stretching session! It's not a permanent fix, no stretching or PT is one-and-done, these are long-term exercises. And you should ideally know what you're doing & never push yourself beyond your physical limits. But by forcing the "controlled" end of the Yogassist strap to be where my hands AND ankles were, and by the straps locking in securely enough that I could focus fully on what I was trying to stretch instead of, "don't fall out of this loop, don't let this long strap twist around, gotta throw extra fabric over my shoulder," I could manipulate my body positioning and have full mobility in my feet & ankles so that the deepest stretches hit where I'd been missing before (mainly hips & calves). If you were going to pay for PT, OT, or sports massage anyway (please don't go to chiros!), throw in the extra $10 and see if this helps you out. It costs less than a Starbies Frappuccino with all the bells & whistles, and if you have chronic pain or stiffness, it's worth the $10 and then some from day one.

Work great as intended
These yoga straps work great and as shown in the writeup. I am not as flexible as I used to be and weirdly, I have shorter than average arms for length of my legs. Adding straps like this to help me hold stretches for longer periods of time without straining my arms, neck or back is really nice and ultimately helps me become more flexible. They are a nice addition to my stretching and yoga workouts.

I don't know how to feel about this.
This straps, are nice and easy to use but a pain in the butt, because velcro loosens up real fast and have to stop doing what I'm doing to tighten them again and again.

Took some getting used to
I got these, tried them, and feel like I overstretched when I first got them, so I was not the biggest fan at first. It was also uncomfortable to the point where it kind of hurt. However, after watching YouTube videos to have better form/placement and using these regularly in my fitness routine, I’m convinced these are a game changer. I get the best stretch when I use these. I take them with me when I travel for work trips and even if I can’t sneak in a work out, I do ensure I stretch with these. They are durable! They’ve been used for the past 59 days straight and work like they did when I first received them!

My husband loves them...I do too.
I ordered these straps for my yoga practice. After I received them I realized they would work great for my husband. He has a little lower back pain and really isn't able to reach his toes as he stretches on the floor. I gave him these, he looped them around his foot and then reached and stretched forward. He said it was totally satisfying. He said it was just the amount of tension he wanted. They are made well. The stitches is straight and no loose threads. The hook and loop tape is strong. They are easy to put on and take off. And the best part, they will be great for travel. Perfect for after a long flight or car ride. They easily just fit into your shoe when packing your luggage.I definitely recommend them. I would buy them as a gift. The price point is great. Enjoy and Namaste!
