From the information I was able to gather no this wrench will not work nor is there one specifically for this procedure. Everything I have found says to use a impact wrench but its a tight fit. Some people have said to try a strap wrench if you dont have access to an impact or cant get it to fit or just simply use a breaker bar through the pulley but that is kind of the least preferred method but does appear to work. Will this work on a 05 Dodge ram 1500 for the water pump?

You shouldn't need this for that particular job as it is not needed to remove any of the pulleys in order to complete the task. Also just a friendly tip in case you didnt have the correct spanner wrench or large enough wrench for the radiator fan you can use a pipe wrench. 18" or 24" pipe wrench is best but a 10", 12", or 14" will work you just may need a cheater bar over the handle on some.
