Great product and brilliant Customer Service I genuinely believe this is one of the best products on the market. I’ve had several different cameras in the past, and this one is brilliant in comparison. The range is excellent, the video quality is really clear, and the whole system was very easy to set up and use. The connection has been reliable even at a good distance, and the monitor is simple to navigate. Also you can play music to help the baby sleep with a good choice of lullaby’s. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the quality and performance and would definitely recommend it.

Overall this is a great monitor and i like that you can pan the camera around the room. The various settings are great with brightness, volume and the sensitivity. My only issue would be that the picture on the monitor is not great from a distance and when zoomed in you can't really tell what you are looking at it is pixilated. The picture is clear if directly above the cot.

Would recommend. Simple to use with good video/audio. No WiFi or app needed, just a straight forward camera and screen with pan-tilt and audio. Decent battery life, plus the option to have screen off and just audio.

This camera is great value for money. It's so easy to set up and I like how I can move it around my house at will. I love how it isn't connected to wifi and how the camera swivels and moves. The screen section has great battery life.

I purchased this camera as I have been using the single camera screen monitor for two years, now in need of a dual screen I wanted to stick with what I knew as the other one had been so good. I set up the new cameras and had issues with the sound quality on the unit, by this point I was out of the Amazon return window so contacted Hellobaby directly about the issues I was facing. Their customer service was impeccable, which these days is hard to come by! I was given some troubleshooting advice which didn’t work and was asked to send a video of the issue I was facing. Within hours I’d received a further response advising a replacement unit had been issued to me which came within 48 hours (over a weekend too). The new unit works perfectly and I am really happy with this model too. I cannot fault the help and support I received this was fantastic and I would highly recommend the company and monitor! It is easy to set up, easy to mount to the wall and very user friendly, with perfect picture and audio.

Wir haben nach einer zuverlässigen Babykamera gesucht und sind mit Hellobaby fündig geworden. Die Kamera hat ein sehr gutes Bild im Tag- sowie im Nachtmodus. Die Lautstärke lässt sich auf verschiedene Stufen stellen und der Monitor gibt zusätzlich ein visuelles Signal bei Geräuschen je nach Lautstärke. Wir haben hier alle Funktionen, die wir brauchen, es wird keine App benötigt und kein Internet, das war uns sehr wichtig. Die Reichweite ist auch super, wir haben selbst im Garten ein gutes Signal zum Kinderzimmer. Die Tonqualität bleibt stabil gut. Der Akku des Monitors hält bei uns über 24h, obwohl wir Bild und Ton dauerhaft an haben, wenn wir sie mehrfach täglich und die ganze Nacht benutzen. Wir verwenden die Kamera und den Monitor nun seit einem Jahr und sind wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Dieses Babyphone erleichtert uns unseren Alltag ernom. Durchs die zwei Kameras können wir beide Kinderzimmer nachts im Blick behalten. Die Auflosung ist tagsüber und nachts wirklich gut. Mit unserem großen Kind nutzen wir die Sprachsteuerung um uns bei Bedarf auszutauschen und auf die Bedürfnisse von meinen kond zu reagieren. Großes Lob auch an den Eco-Modus der je nach Bedarf reagiert!

Kamera bardzo dobrze się sprawdza zarówno w dzień i w nocy. Widzi przez kilka ścian, albo dwie plus 20 metrów podwórka. Jakość obrazu jest dość dobra, wystarczająca na podglądanie malucha, diody z sygnalizacją nasilenia głośności w pomieszczeniu z kamerą świetne, nawet przy wyciszonej lub w hałasie sygnalizuje płacz dziecka. Bateria w ekranie wystarcza na 5-6 godzin bez problemu, ładowanie trwa dość długo (ok 8-10 godzin) ale to nie uważam za wadę, a tylko się dzielę informacją praktyczną. Mikrofon dwukierunkowy działa, fajnie że pokazuje temperaturę u dziecka w pomieszczeniu. Z funkcji kołysanek nie korzystamy, ale są. Nie spodziewałem się że takie sprawne urządzenie otrzymam za jego cenę. Gorąco polecam!

I order it same but i cannot use split the screen for both cameras and it’s written up that i can Any help in this problem 🫩
