I used this for years, as I always hated the pencils that don't seem to write and you have to drag it across your eyelid. This is very easy to apply, but you have to get used to using it. Tap the excess back into the bottle before applying it, or you will have little flecks of it all over your face. I have really sensitive eyes and am limited in the type of makeup I can wear on them. This has never bothered me.
