Would this fit over a cycling helmet?

Hi, Thanks for the question. Unfortunately we cannot advise using these hat silks on Cycling Helmets. The reason is that riding helmets have a rough surface where the hat silk can hold on to, otherwise on a smooth surface the hat silk will fall off. I hope that answers your questions.
