fit perfect, look damn near identical to the OEM
my ear pads were getting a little old, and dry, and the headband pad was not doing its job much. this kit pops right in, quick and easy. i only wish that it also had the stick in speaker covers that go between the ear cups. mine are faded, and looking meh. not the products problem though, so 5stars.
