This is by far the worst item I have purchased
This is by far the worst item I have purchased. Clumps of hair fell out when I ran my fingers through it. When I opened the packaged I noticed that their was two lady bugs inside of the hair. That's honestly disgusting. The package that the hair was in was all smashed up. It looked like someone had ran over it with their car. It says their is a strap that comes with the hair, but their wasn't one. The comb's on the hair were very cheap. They were off centered so it was very difficult for me to get them on. The lace front it self looked very fake. I just received this item today and all of this happened in less than an hour of wearing it. I am returning this item and I expect a refund. I paid $145 for the 18 inch and it seemed very short for being 18 inches. Do not waste your money on this hair.

Alice is very sweet and understanding
This hair is absolutely gorgeous.!! Alice put a lavender pack in the hair so when it arrived, it smelled very fresh and clean.!!! And, I received it a day early. Not to mention, Alice is very sweet and understanding.!! I will be buying From her again and again.!!
