Not even a year and the hoses had to be replaced the pump had to be replaced and it leaks on all three tiers. My husband has taken it apart 3 different times and sealed it and after a few weeks it would start leaking again. It was purchased on February 21 and today September 28 it’s done for. It worked great for 2 months and after that it has been a pain to keep working.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! IF we ever get it put together, it might be ok, but right now, I m not sure of the outcome. We have followed the instructions as best we can (VERY SKETCHY). Biggest problem is when putting in the screws BOTH the plastic nubs the screws are supposed to go into sheared off on the bottom of medium barrel. THANK GOODNESS for SUPER GLUE and my husband's patience. Hopefully, it will be put together at some point. My advice to anyone thinking about purchasing this product is DO NOT !!!

Lovely addition! The sound is very soothing ( autistic grandson benefits from the soothing sound) I was going to build one out of wine barrels I had laying around but found this and decided I’d try it. The total cost was less than the parts I was going to buy for the DIY project. It’s easy to assemble ( about 15 min) it looks great with my wine barrel planters. The birds love it does the dog who drinks from it. We added some copper tubing to reduce the algae growth. We have it on a timer with remote our outdoor lights are tied into which I’d recommend. Lots of compliments even from snooty friends who tend to look down on inexpensive items.

My parents have had this fountain for 18 months. Only issue is that it splashes out a couple inches of water daily. I purchased one for my house and the figment was okay but the tubes need to be trimmed. The pump is not pumping either now thank set mine up.

I love the sound of water in the background and this works perfectly. It went together very easily took about 10 minutes to assemble. We also added a goldfish that was a feeder fish for our Oscar but he got to big for him to eat, the fish love the motion and is flourishing in the fountain. The fountain is so pretty and blends well with our yard. Great purchase.

Opened the box to a few, little broken plastic pieces and was sad. Started GENTLY putting it together and the plastic screw housings broke right off. Should I have sent it back? Probably, but my husband said I'll get some stainless steel screws, nuts and washers. He went out and got those and put the rest together. I've had a 3-tier wooden barrel fountain before so I put a fine mesh screen on the bottom barrel to prevent debris from getting to the pump. I love the simplicity yet good water sound. With a little decoration it fits my bill. I started on the highest input on the pump and the sound was good but the splash was too much, so I changed it to the lowest input and it's perfect.

When looking at this product I didn’t realize how pitiful it was. It’s cheap cheap. The plastic is so thin it barely hold itself up. They added extra pipes that aren’t even on the instructions but tried to tell me they usually are already installed. These pipes were completely separate and bubble wrapped for shipment. It’s hard to imagine water going in this! This was supposed to be a gift for my mother’s 10 years of being cancer free but I’m embarrassed to give this to her let alone for the price of it. After reaching out to them and being offered a full refund without needing to return the item they then switched it to giving a way lesser amount. I’d rather return. It’s not worth the money!

Well it's a beautiful setup but a lot of the screws didn't have the holes it was supposed to have ,the middle piece had a hole in the middle I had to silicone, once I was able to silicone everything down because the screws just wouldn't go in some of these things it turned out absolutely beautiful, but you really need to be concentrating on them screws in what you screw them into.. And the plastic pipes weren't long enough for the fountain to sit flat in the bottom so I had to buy a new one, so there's some complaining I've got but once I fixed it myself it's beautiful

This has made our patio space amazing. Soothing water, nice sound and relaxing. Great price and great quality. Very happy with purchase.

Super easy to put together took 2 minutes tops. No instructions but alittle common sense goes along way.
