CatLax for Hairball Elimination and Prevention in Cats, 2 oz

I feed all of my cats Science Diet Hairball Formula Dry Food plus wet food at bedtime. It apparently isn’t enough to manage the hairballs though because they’re still hacking up hairballs, a lot. Mostly in the mornings, on the floor, directly beneath where my feet hit when I get out of bed in the morning.🫣 I just happened to stumble across this brand while browsing on Amazon & it had many positive reviews plus it didn’t cost an arm & a leg so I thought I’d give it a try. Here’s the most important thing for you to know, ALL 3 OF MY CATS LOVE IT! Truly, I think I’ve tried nearly every brand on the market just to end up tossing them all away because my cat’s hated them & I mean hated! I simply place a short, small, ribbon of this stuff on top of their wet can food & after the initial shock of what the heck is this mom, they gobble it right up. For reference, I purchased the maple flavor because I haven’t had good luck with the seafood flavors of any meds, I’m not sure why. The cats are all different breeds & personalities, with different likes & dislikes but they all agree on this brand & maple flavor, thank goodness. I plan on buying another tube of this soon since they love it & it’s sooo easy to administer, I’m going to keep all 3 cats on a hairball maintenance plan. Maybe make your life easier & try this brand.☺️

Definitely worth using. My cat was gulping and wanting to vomit but couldn’t. Turns out she had a hairball she couldn’t get rid of and in two days it came out. Still taking her to the vet for a checkup but helped her tremendously. She didn’t mind the taste since I mixed it with wet food. Easy to use and great benefits! She was able to digest it and the ingredients seemed beneficial. She pooped out a chunk of her hair and she isn’t nauseous at all. Great value and definitely worth the use given how it helped her! My cat is a Russian Blue mix so her hair is coarse which was the reason for the hairball issue.

My cat is 14 years old and has always eaten the same dry food forever. He's way picky, and rarely drinks water so it causes him to become super constipated in his older age... To the point where we took him to the vet for a double enema that didn't even work. I did some research on many products to combat the constipation AND hairballs proactively, and this seems to be IT. In the last few weeks of using 2-3x weekly, we have had less constipation/ hard poops, AND less hairballs/ vomiting. It is also REALLY easy to dose. I put about an inch on my finger, come around the side and scrape it into his mouth. Because it's a greasy solid (think a tube of lard) it sticks to his tongue/teeth/mouth and he can't spit it out like pills or liquids. He doesn't seem to mind the taste. I will be stockpiling this for him and you should, too.

It's not just for hair balls. While it works wonderfully at preventing vomiting due to hair balls, it also help with poops. My kitty was pushing too hard and her anus would stick out. We took her to the emergency vet where the prescribed a cream and she had to wear the cone of shame until it went back to normal. A bad time for everybody. I started giving her this product and it's been smooth poops ever since. Just a half teaspoon or so 2-3x per week. She's a healthy kitty now, thank God! And she very rarely hacks up a hair ball.

It helps with the hairball and cats treat it like treats

The product is good. Easy to use and my cat doesn't mind the taste of it. But I don't understand why it took 4 weeks from my order date to receive it.

This hairball remedy has worked extremely well for the cat I got it for. However, all the cats I've offered it to refuse to eat it willingly. I didn't make the others eat it since I was offering it to them just to see if they'd eat it, but I literally have to put it inside the mouth of the cat that needed it every time she needs a dose of it. There's no doubt I would have to do the same for the other cats as well if they needed it. I don't necessarily blame the brand for that though because, from my experience, my animals that will eat pretty much anything are NEVER the ones that need to eat any type of flavored medicine. It's always the extremely picky ones so they will NEVER eat it by their own free will. The most important thing about this product to me is the fact that it works extremely well so I'd definitely get this brand again.

Catlax is a great product for furballs in Cats. Its cleared my 8yr olds problem. She was regurgitating her food back. A teaspoon on her cat biscuits have now cleared the fur ball blockage and she is back to her happy self. Seller was great, easy transaction. Arrived on time.

My cat absolutely adored this. I wish they made worm medicine like this instead of pills 😂😂. It’s effective and I can absolutely tell you your cat will love this.

Really goo product - does the trick for our main coon - tried others and didn't work as well, the paste was just too firm / solid and made a mess
