A Light for All Seasons
This is really a great flashlight! I bought it for my son--and wish I'd gotten one for me too. It comes with an attractive carrying case with all the cords, etc. to recharge it with (you'll need to supply your own charging cube; I use the one from my phone). Also, you may find the instructions entertaining since they clearly were not written by someone for whom English is their first language. The flashlight puts out an amazing blast of light, just as advertised. Its rechargeable batteries mean that you don't have to plow through the tool drawer looking for AA batteries. The light has several settings too, including a strobe flash and one that sends an SOS. Since you're probably not going to be on a sinking ocean liner, you could get creative with the SOS feature, like signaling your kids to come in from the park or back yard for dinner. You could use the strobe signal on them to mean "come home NOW!!" Very effective. This is not a simple light to shove into a drawer and ignore for months. Its uses could include working in a dark barn, garage, basement or any place where your pitiful little smart phone light just can't cut it. I would take it on camping and fishing trips, working after dark in the yard--or taking an evening stroll with your Sweetie in the park. Possibilities are endless. Quality built and well worth the price!

A flashlight that was supposed to be basic but ended up being a lot of extra. All in a good way.
No idea on longevity yet, but the ads aren't lying on this thing. The spotlighting is beyond impressive. Something they don't highlight in the listing is the fact that this comes with a rechargeable li-ion battery. After a quick test, it even works well as a power bank. I honestly was trying to find something to hate about this thing but everything passes so far. It's only been one day, but the beam is exceptionally focusable. I've had other slide-to-focus flashlights in this price range before and none of them have come even close to how defined the beam gets in this flashlight. It really does have a percentage display showing battery percentages, though I haven't been able to test that. It's a lot of cast aluminum which is fine. It's a very light flashlight for its size. The lens feels pretty durable, and the fact that you can actually change out the battery is pretty big for rechargeables. I honestly wanted to say something bad, but after a day, really nothing. This feels like a $40 flashlight, not a $20 one. The kree LED just *works* so well. It also has a coating or something around the reflectors that somewhat glows in the dark. The recharge is surprisingly quick. I'd say it's somewhere around 3 hours to recharge to full from really low, but I haven't reached that point yet. Don't be fooled: You're not getting some ridiculous "daylight bright" flashlight here, but the beam is easily bright enough to see 100-150 yards at max zoom. That said, this thing is WAY brighter than other options I've bought in this price range. The fact that it has a replaceable li-ion battery is just absurdly good. The fact that it doubles as an emergency battery backup is also ridiculous, but still true. Again, I tried to find some kind of negative here, but I just, honestly, cannot. Maybe you might have issues with the instant dropoff of the light source at the edges I guess? Thing is, indoors, at max zoom, we're looking at a ~2-4" spot on the ceiling. Ease of use needs to be addressed. It has basically one button to switch between modes, but if you hold the button down while the flashlight is on, it turns off. So basically, you never need to move your thumb. I DO wish it had a butt button, but that's semantics and preference, honestly. It also comes with a really cool little cheap carrying case. It's obviously cheaply made, but comes with the manual, a charging cable (USB-A to USB-C, one foot it seems), a AAA cartridge like most cheap flashlights, and that's about it. Still, it's not a bad little semi-hard case if you want to take it camping. I'm really just at a loss here. I almost wanted to trash this, but I really can't find anything but a few minor issues to complain about so far. Seriously, for around $20, if you need a property flashlight or something for camping? Just go ahead and add to cart now. It's way too big for an EDC, but for home use, it's beyond what you'd want. Easily justified 5/5 here. Yeah it gets pretty warm. What do you expect from such a bright light?!

This is the thing your looking for!
Amazing Flashlight. Its suprisingly light for being being able to be so bright. It looks like a spotlight in the sky at night- and you can actually see this flashlight pretty ovi in the day. Its simple to use, and not too bad to recharge.

Super bright
Very bright, easy to use and to recharge. It's a very good size to carry if you need a very bright, long lasting light. It's very good, and well made.

Incredibly bright
Medium size, but a good size to store in car, carry, etc. Very bright, incredible. Easy to control the light pattern to zoom in and out. Really like the USB to recharge the light. One negative is it is difficult to find the on/off push button switch that is located on the handle especially when it's dark. I prefer other models that have the push button switch on the butt end of the handle. A minor dislike is all these flashlights that have several modes of flashing lights. I'd prefer just an on/off with maybe two brightness settings. However this model does have a bypass to turn it off just hold the switch for 3 seconds and it will go directly off.
