Everbuild 404 Fast Powerful Fungicidal Wash – Removes Lichens, Fungi and Algae – Exterior and Interior use – 5 Litre

Applying this, it's like water, except slightly foamy. So it dribbled down the brush handle and on to my hands and wrists when painting above waist height - use gloves etc. I used this on green fence panels and the green disappeared instantly. On coping stones and house walls it didn't have any obvious effect at first - but when I left it on overnight and came back, all the green had vanished. So I'm very pleased with it, and at around a tenner per carton the price seems reasonable.

The before and after picture tells the story. My floor was really back and the difference is very clear. I didn't dilute, but I think I put too much on it. Since I didn't have a pressure pump, I used an iron brush. I will finish the work during raining season, so that it can wash it off. It works real good.

Brilliant wash! Bought this a few times now to wash down the outside of our cottage. Makes the white walls clean and bright, they look like they have just been painted again! Superb product and very highly recommended.

Works on algae but doesn't touch lichen at all.

My bathroom had a leak which caused a hell of a lot of mould. I thought I was going to have to get professionals it at a huge cost but thought I'd give this a go. Wow, it really works. The mould is gone, the smell has gone so now I can put my bathroom right at a fraction of the price. Highly recommend.

Fantastic product works very well and fast

This restored my white render back to brilliant white. It just took a while. I applied with a sprayer and left for 20 minutes, then brushed out using a stiff brush, then washed down. Repeated twice. It still looked dirty. However, 2 days later it looked new again! I followed the same procedure on a different area and it worked the same way. For the price, it does the job well, just don't expect it to work instantly.

I have used this product before and found it to be effective in getting rid of a green fungus which was growing on paths in my garden. That is why I ordered it again.
