Excellent quality and worked perfectly for my spare tire relocation. I used my own heavier duty bolts and nuts to secure the bracket. It includes mounting screws for but depending on your needs they may not be enough. Also the nut to hold the rim to the large bolt/stud is pretty small. Its a 19mm nyloc and no flange on the nut or a washer. I had to come up with a washer to keep the nut from going through the lug hole on my wheel.

These are great for the price point. Ordered 1 for my cargo trailer to test it out and then ordered a 2nd for my utility trailer, Easy to mount and hold the tire well even on dirt roads.
