A subspecies of Origanum Vulgaris (formerly known as origanum heracleoticum) that grows wild in the Greek mountains. Wild and Organic (non GMO) probably the most potent oregano in the world. This plant is so strong that fresh leaves will numb the end of your tongue. Greek Oregano is widely known as a natural antibiotic with strong antibacterial and antioxidant properties. The plant is rich in Carvacrol (its key ingredient), with high concentrations of Vitamins A, C, E and K. Directions of Use Oil of Oregano is undiluted. Dissolve in virgin olive oil or coconut oil before use. At start you can use a 1:20 (5%) ratio (1 drop oregano oil with 19 drops of olive oil) depending on your susceptibility. For internal use you should dissolve 4 drops of oregano oil in 1 teaspoon of olive oil (1:20 ratio) and consume a lot of water, twice a day (preferably with meals).
