All natural pain relief. It's a roll on, so it evenly distributed the oil, which rubs in rairly well as it nourishes your skin. The pain relief is gradual, but obvious, and very welcome, without making you feel weird, or risk being unable to pass drug screens. Also, you can reapply it as often as needed since it's big enough to carry plenty of oil for many applications, but small enough to be dropped in a purse or pocket. Plus, it smells amazing - earthy, almost like walking through the woods with hundreds of fireflies around you. This has a great smell that is calming. It appears to be high quality but I must admit I'm new to essential oils. I purchased it for my husband's achy elbow. It does indeed seem to help when we apply it to his elbow. I began placing it on my wrists simply because I love the smell but I quickly began using more often due to the calm it brings me.

Helps somewhat ease my daughters back pain. It doesn't smell overwhelming, goes on easy, and doesn't leave any marks or stains on her clothes. She has an extensive medical history and so for someone with "normal" aches and pains I'm sure this would work wonders.
