Read the heating instructions!
My first attempt I cooked it way too hot and for way too long!! I just went with what I did for my last one, but it was a different brand, so I never should have assumed it would be the same settings! Once I set it right, everything turned out perfectly!!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this case of 50 on a whim. You never know about new products unless you give them a try. I took one and sublimated a band cup to see how it would do for a fundraiser event for my daughter's school band. It turned out beautifully. I have not used any more from the case yet but as of just using the one I love it.
