I am a longtime runner so I have used a LOT of different anti-chafing remedies. This is one of the best I’ve found. It is easy to apply, like a stick of deodorant, you don’t need a lot and it doesn’t leave you feeling super greasy. But it works really well. I use it between my legs, on the inside of my arms, on my back where my shorts waistband rubs, even under my bra strap where I chafe sometimes. Of course it’s mostly useful in hot weather. I understand this was made originally by surfers and I will say it works great for the beach, when we have multiple days with the kiddos in and out of sand and water, I have them put it on in the morning, mostly on the inside of their legs where the suits rub and it helps a lot. Sometimes they put it on the tops of their feet so they won’t rub against their shoes when they’re a bit sandy (put it on clean skin before the sand of course!). I know this is a bit pricey but it’s worth it!

I work in a blue collar job and I’m walking nearly all the time. This help prevent getting that terrible diaper rash. It last all day. Has not scent. And its pretty easy to apply.

If long rides, hikes or cycle rides chafe you, this will help. I started using it because I had drive a lot and would become chaffed. It ended that problem. I also use it when traveling by air.

Absolute must have - I am a distance runner and weightlifter in the deep south USA, which means I have thick thighs and in the summer am sweating like you wouldn't believe. I have not had a single problem with chafing on my thighs or nips thanks to Body Glide. Some folks prefer Squirrel's Nut Butter, but for the hot conditions I'm running in, that product feels like it turns to liquid and runs right off immediately which is not a problem for me at all with Body Glide so I will be sticking with that.
