Amazing product to use when it’s hard to go to sleep. Usually takes about 15-30 minutes for me to start feeling it. Close your eyes and you’ll fall asleep!

Great stuff
I tried to put 5 stars but for some reason it would not work. This stuff works great! I don't feel it. It doesn't force me to sleep but it allows me to stay asleep better. No groggy feeling at all the next day. I've had the best sleep the last few nights. I love it!

Don’t try this!!!
My review sounds like a tv ad (lol) but this review is very real💕 So yeah, don’t try this product if you aren’t needing a good night’s sleep. I’m really not a fan of taken sleep aids. I’ve tried melatonin and no matter how many I take before bed, I would still have interrupted sleep and wake up feeling exhausted and unrested. My daughter told me she was taking Unisom to help her sleep so, I decided to ordered it and OMG, this stuff is amazing!!! I had the deepest most restful sleep I’ve had in years!! I’m running low will be ordering more! Restful sleep to you ☮️

I do not recommend this item for sleep
this product never helped me sleep, and I tried it for over a month one hour before bed. I would not recommend it for sleep.

It works for insomnia
It actually worked. I have tried various items to deal with my insomnia and this item really worked for me. I strongly recommend it.
