Perfect bag!
This well-made bag is the perfect size for me to hold what I need on a daily basis. The different pockets keep everything organized. The overall size of the bag is perfect for me, I am on the small side and so I don't like a very large bag to carry around. There is no problem with the weight of the bag, and no digging in my shoulder. The zippers are all sturdy and well-made. I also like the way the bag looks and the dark grey color is perfect to go with my clothes.

Comfortable and lightweight.
This bag is great. Just the right size for what I needed and very lightweight. I've always used leather-style or canvas purses and they get too heavy. Since I've dealt with neck and shoulder issues, I wanted something lightweight with a wide strap that wouldn't strain my neck and shoulder, but that was still big enough to hold my stuff. I have never owned or even heard of a Kipling bag before, but saw someone carrying one out in public recently and decided to look into them. This purse seems to do the trick. It's so much more comfortable to carry than the other purses I normally use and doesn't strain my shoulder. The zippered pocket in the middle is just the right size for my Nexus 6P. The small pockets on the front don't hold much, but are convenient to stick my grocery and debit cards so I don't have to go fishing for them in my wallet while in line at the store. Overall, this bag is just what I needed and I was so impressed with it that I ordered another Kipling bag in a slightly smaller size and different color.

Almost perfect
Nice size, light weight, nice construction, love the color! (plum)The two little pockets are too small to conveniently store keys, building card, and too tiny to easily dig out change or folded bills. I have pretty small hands. One functional pocket would have made it perfect. I'm particular about my purses! I'll keep using it till I find one I like better.

Love this bag!!
Once you have this bag it ruins your desire for any other style. Why? The size and organization are perfect! I have two of this style and love them both. Some complained that the front pockets are too small. Not so. These pockets are perfect for car keys and for my most used credit cards. The zippered pocket in front is perfect for a large cell phone. Easy to get to and yet secure. Also pocket in the back is useful and secure with a strong snap closure. xThe main compartment holds large wallet and everything else you might need! Great buy! Don’t hesitate!

A wonderful midnight blue purse
I have this purse in a lighter blue. so that should tell you I love this purse. I did not expect the color to be as dark as it is. I expected navy blue, not midnight blue. And it's midnight blue. I had to take it into the sunlight to be sure it wasn't black. In some ways that's great because it makes it very versatile and no one is going to bat an eye if you wear this with a black outfit. On the other hand, I wanted a navy purse, that was obviously blue. I'm not sending it back. It's a wonderful purse and I will get a lot of good use out of it. but TRUE blue it isn't. It IS a wonderful midnight blue.

Great handbag!
I love this bag. I was tired of carrying a large bag and found the small crossbody bags way too small. This is the perfect size.

Recent downgrade in quality
Great to see Kipling revamp the aesthetics of their core product line a little but what’s the use of a facelift if the functionality and quality they are MOST known for are downgraded? I purchased a set of items February 2022, including the New Angie, Keiko, and City Pack Medium, and I have to say that the materials and build quality of their bags are now ehhhh at best. Fabric felt plasticky, stitching had unraveled bits, and— this felt like a betrayal honestly— they lost the key leash inside bags that used to have them. Not cool, Kipling. I primarily use these bags for travel and have never “upgraded” to brands like Tumi because I’ve always believed Kipling’s QUALITY and functionality were always superior, regardless of whether the bags had tonal zips or monkey keychains. But I guess that was a pandemic casualty too, huh? Returned everything.Oh, and Dusty Carmine is definitely not like the product photos indicated. Waaay lighter and less saturated.
