works perfectly but be careful wtih Senna. It can habituate you. its better if you buy Organic isabgol itself than this 70 percent isabgol one but after 40s like me its ok to use this as well depending on the severity of the issue you may have. For Long term I recommend Isabgol pure, very ideal thing for the gut.

Improves digestion
Having issues with stomach, gut and herd. This helps and controls the acidity without giving any other side effects on any other organs. Any one who is suffering from acidity and constipation irregular bowl movement. Colon cleanse and maintaining mucosa lining. Taste is challenging but not that bad. Comparing to benefits taste is the only con but tolerable.
