It is NOT a bedspread or full bedcover, and will NOT cover the entire bed including pillow area with overhang to all sides. It will cover most of the sleeping area up to the pillows with overhang on both sides (but not the foot) of the bed. The amount of overhang will depend on the exact size of bed, amount of bedding used beneath etc. As there is a huge variation in the heights of beds from the floor, the amount of overhang that you consider desirable may vary.
