Good value organic sauerkraut - worth a try
The cabbage in this sauerkraut is thinly sliced and of good quality. The texture is smooth with a little crunch. The ingredients are simple, organic and clean. I like the taste - sauerkraut with a sweetness from beetroots (which I don't like on their own - different taste, worth a try). The product is versatile, I use it with salads, on its own as a snack, it really pairs well with sausages too.

Biona is great!
Tastes good. Nice side when eating savoury food. A little goes a long way. Good quality food that is organic and good. Would definitely buy again. Biona is a great brand so I wouldn't expect anything less.

I'm sure it is healthy, it was just a taste preference
It is an okay product. I just wasn't too keen on the taste. It was very fresh, delivered intact and I'm sure it is good for me and stayed fresh refrigerated. But I bought an alternative from a supermarket, and I preferred that one for taste.

Gorgeous taste
Wow ! I try to eat sauerkraut regularly because I find it is so healthy for my digestion. But jars in supermarkets are too large and an opened jar needs to stored in the fridge - and can make everything smell pungent. This brand smells good and a jar lasts me for two meals, so it isn't festering before I can finish it. The taste is very good and easily digested. I am delighted to have discovered Biona.
