Dimplex has launched a sleek new generation of low profile panel heaters, which are ideal for conservatories or applications where wall space is limited. Slimline and measuring just 235mm high, the four model Saletto range has outputs of 0.5kW up to 1.5kW. Each has contemporary styling and provides advanced energy control, with an integral electronic thermostat, accurate to +/-0.3° Celsius. Additional control is available via optional plug in modules including a 24 hour timer, single zone pilot wire, runback timer and the capability of connecting to a central control system using pilot wire or mains borne signalling. Finished in white steel, the competitively priced Saletto provides quiet, convected heat for rapid warm up. Control is provided by a soft touch on/off button with illuminated indicators that show when the power is on. The thermostatic control, which can be set from five to 30° Celsius, can be protected by a lockable slider control. With a two year warranty, there's also the added assurance of an IPX4 rating, making them suitable for use in wet areas. The Saletto range has both CE and BEAB approvals, which means the products are rigorously and independently tested to the highest safety standards
