how do i get the mounting plates?

I bought these to replace my medicine cabinet hinge because the plastic piece was broken. I left the original mounting plate on and attached the new hinge to it with no trouble. If you no longer have the original mounting plate to use, bring the hinge in to your local hardware store they can hopefully help you find a match.

where are the mounting plates?

They didn't come with mounting plates. I only needed to replace the hinge itself so I used the existing mounting plate that was already in the medicine cabinet. It attached easily.
