This stuff is really good. Shake it up well, then rub on and let dry a bit. I have fair skin, so I'm quite pale. I did a test on my inside arm before trying on my legs. The first "coat" turned my skin a silky, light-golden/bronze color....really nice and not "orange" at all. After four hours, I then applied another "coat" on top of the first one to see what would happen. It got a little darker, and it still looks real. I'm guessing the more layers you apply, the darker you'll get. And if that wasn't great enough, there is none of that horrible smell associated with other products of this type. I can't stand that smell. I'll be purchasing this again for sure! Get it!

This tanning oil is awesome. It gives quick color over night that lasts for days. I use another tanning lotion inbetween when the color starts to fade. 1. The color is awesome 2. The smell isn't the greatest but goes away once to rinse the next day 3. The only negative thing is that it is super sticky. This is why I usually apply it at night

Mixed Feelings: The dry oil not only moisturizes my dry skin amazingly well, but the color result is AMAZING (for reference, I’m white but naturally do not get pale in winter). Bottle lasts a long time. Smell isn’t horrible, but does smell like “tanner.” You can also use it on your face if it’s done correctly (directions listed already on Amazon), but I wouldn’t bother unless it’s a special occasion for the reasons/issues listed below. 3 things I wish someone would have told me before purchase: 1) You MUST use a mitt so it doesn’t streak, especially if your skin tone is on the pale side; 2) it is sticky and takes a good hour to dry. I am always paranoid it will transfer because of this. It’s not a “quick dry” application; and 3) it is TEMPORARY- washes off during next shower. I’ve also found it will come off with moisturizer over it, even if it’s already dried down. I prefer a quick dry that builds color, and it’s too bad I can’t find one that’s as nourishing as this one. I use this for special occasions, but on a daily basis prefer other brands for long-term buildable color, quick dry, and less “tanner” smell.

Let me start off by saying I have tried every type of tanning product. From spray, mouse, lotion, oil, you name it; I tried it. There are only a few that I like. Tanning is not fun. It smells terrible, its messy and you have to be careful not to rub it off or wash it off. Finding something that makes all that easier is what I am looking for. Unfortunately, this was not the product. First of all, it is so unbelievably sticky. It feels like syrup or honey is on your body. I only used it on the top part of my body and can't imagine using it all over. The smell is comparable to most tanning products. The overall color was not bad. It did do what it says, but I can't get over how sticky it was.

This is much darker much faster than my usual Jergens gradual lotion! But it’s nice and even and lasts a long time. I’m extra pale and the color is much less orangey than most of the other brands I’ve tried. Will continue to buy.

HATE the thin watery consistency that makes it impossible to pour into hand then tip hand to apply on body. What a frickin mess!! and the smell is bizarre! It has a very mineral-salt smell at first, almost like blood, then overly sweet perfume kicks in. My hubs says I smell like citrus bug spray. So nasty. And it never completely dries, just stays at a sticky, tacky finish. You can NOT wear clothing over this. Put it on, then wear your rattiest swimsuit and go do yardwork for a few hours so you can shower it off. Such a shame on the runny texture, nasty non-drying finish and horrid smell, because it definitely gives a GORGEOUS GOLDEN tan color to skin [no orange tones!] I will use the entire bottle while it's still summer and can be outdoors while it takes effect, but not sure I would buy again. Quality control needs to re-think their formula. If they could get same color and effect in a lotion or gel form and change the perfume chemicals, they'd have a top-level item. But this really needs improvement in some important qualities to be more usable.

I applied right before going to a local splash and 2 hours later I'm tan. No nasty smell. Not orange at all just a pretty kissed glow tan. Love love!
